With EcoFlow's X-Boost Technology, the RIVER can power devices up to 1200W. However, the X-Boost function is not applicable for all electrical appliances, and some 600-1800W appliances with strict voltage requirements may not function properly. Additionally, if the instantaneous power of the electrical appliance exceeds 1200W (with the X-Boost function turned off) or 1800W (with the X-Boost function turned on), the power supply will be overloaded and become unusable (e.g., air conditioners, fridge-freezers, microwaves, ovens).

Generally, the run time of the RIVER can be calculated as follows: Run time ≈ 288Wh*0.85/operating wattage of your device. The inverter efficiency varies at different output power levels, so the usage time of the electrical appliance will differ depending on the efficiency.

If the RIVER loses power when not in use, it may be due to the unit being in standby mode, where the power supply, screen, and/or inverter could be using up to 50W. To avoid this, remember to long-press the power button to turn the unit completely off. If the unit still loses power when completely off, try recharging it to 100% and use it to 0% two or three times to calibrate the battery. If the problem persists, please contact customer support.

NOTE: 1. Upgrade to the latest firmware on the EcoFlow app to enjoy a better user experience. 2. Appliances have been tested on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to power heavy-duty devices, please conduct a full test. 3. The RIVER Series AC charging cable cannot be used with the DELTA. 4. Store the unit in a dry and well-ventilated place. If exposed or used in a humid environment for a long time (e.g., seaside), we recommend using a waterproof bag to keep the battery dry. 5. If the product is accidentally dropped into water or water is spilled on the battery during use, place it in a safe, open area and stay away from it until it is completely dry. The dried product should not be used again.

The RIVER's X-Stream Technology enables a fast rechargeability, taking less than 1 hour to charge from 0% to 80%, and 1.6 hours to reach a full charge. You can switch to a quieter charging condition by turning on the "Quiet Charging" status on the app.

The X-Boost Technology's advanced built-in algorithm enables the RIVER to power most heavy-duty kitchen appliances and tools up to 1800W. With X-Boost, the RIVER can power 80% of essential home appliances and devices, especially those within 1200W, for a better user experience. The discharging rates and X-Boost mode can be monitored and controlled through the EcoFlow app.

The RIVER has 3 pure sine wave AC outlets and a 288Wh capacity, allowing it to power up to 10 devices simultaneously. With the X-Boost mode on, the RIVER can power devices up to 1800W.
